PIDDLE PAD FAQ

  • My pet goes to the bathroom a lot, how long does it last ?

The pads will endure up to 1-4 piddles and can be used with just about any size pet. Different pets have different needs so it’s a good idea to layout 2-3 pads and see what works best for your furry friend.

  • Are these big enough for my dog?

Each piddle pad measures 60cm x 60cm, or 23.6in x 23.6in. If your pet prefers a little extra room to go, you can easily layout a few more pads for extra protection.
  • How do I train my dog to use these?

We’re advocates of the “Sit. Stay. Roll.” method. Here’s a quick guide to get you started on training your pet: Click Here

  • Can I upgrade my order?

Yes! You can make changes to your membership at any time. Changes will be reflected on your next delivery as long as we have at least one week’s notice.

  • Do the piddle pads contain any odor attractants or pheromones?

No. We believe best training practices shouldn’t include any artificial additives or potentially harmful chemicals.

  • How long will my package last me?

Each package contains 50 pads. If you have a small pet, this will typically last about a month. For large or multiple pets, a package will typically last 2-3 weeks. It’s also important to take into consideration how often your pet will be using our piddle pads as well as how much outdoor time they’ll be getting.

  • Do the pads have any additional uses?

Yes! They can be used for a variety of things such as: lining a carrier, play pens, bird/rabbit/hamster cages, cleaning up accidents, road trips, keeping a clean eating area. and much more!
